In February 2024, Mosachi, played a pivotal role in supporting the roll-out of the “BHARPOOR” initiative in Kangra District. Aligned with Mosachi’s vision of making India anemia-free, the initiative marked a significant step forward in addressing malnutrition in the region.

The BHARPOOR initiative, launched under the POSHAN ABHIYAN programme by the District Administration of Kangra in collaboration with CSIR-IHBT, Palampur, aimed to provide undernourished children in Kangra with nutritionally rich products. These products, carefully developed by the scientists at CSIR-IHBT, were designed to be rich in protein, energy, and essential micronutrients.

Mosachi, with its global perspective and deep understanding of nutritional challenges, contributed its expertise in health supplements and local outreach. The collaboration focused on ensuring that the products not only met nutritional standards but also were culturally relevant and easily accessible to the communities in Kangra.

Following the launch, nutritionally rich products were distributed to identified undernourished children in the presence of district officials. Mosachi’s contribution added a layer of innovation to the initiative, leveraging its expertise in anemia prevention and health optimization, inspired by clean and natural ingredients.
